Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties may vary based on specific program and position, and may include but are not limited to the following:

· Provide early intervention services for individuals with first episode psychosis between the ages of 15-30

· Performs highly administrative and supervisory work in planning, coordinating, directing clinical activities and resources

· Responsibilities include development of staff, crisis management and development of community resources.

· Develop program goals, objectives, development of schedules, priorities and standards for achieving program goals

· Provides team leadership and supervision to all clinical personnel, oversight of clinical programing and individual clinical care as well as providing direct care to center clients

· Coordinates team activities, goals, while ensuring CSC program requirements

· Ability to follow established service implementation processes to meet the needs of individuals served and adhere to funding source requirements.

· Skilled in emergency and crisis intervention techniques.

· Proficient in the use of computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

· Master’s degree in a Human Services-related field such as: Psychology, social services or related field required and be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

· Current Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (RULE 354.3003) or associate working towards independent licensure for clinical practice.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health and intellectual developmental disabilities with crisis experience.

· Knowledge of mental illness, intellectual developmental disabilities, medications, resources and commitment procedures essential in performing a wide range of crisis duties

· Professionalism in dealing with community officials and resources a must with good oral and written communication skills

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

· Valid Driver’s License required

· Licensed Professional of Healing Arts
