Working Dept: Early Childhood Intervention- (ECI)
Full time: 8 A. M. – 5 P. M.
Position #: 2212
Salary: $10.00-$12.50 per hour; DOEEQ

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may vary based on specific program and position, and may include but are not limited to the following:
• Maintain consumer files; data entry, build and maintain primary and secondary files.
• Position requires independent working and thinking
• Communication and interaction with consumers, staff and community individuals
• Must ensure friendly atmosphere when greeting consumers, staff and community individuals
Competencies
The competencies listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals, interdisciplinary teams, and systems.
• Proficient in accurately and objectively recording data and documentation.
• Proficient in the use of computers using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in medical records or other office experience preferred.
• Thorough background in filing strongly desired.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Valid Driver’s License required
