Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Habilitation Therapist/Custodian:
Duties may vary based on specific program and position, and may include but are not limited to the following:
• Performs task involved in planning and providing activities, supervising and teaching individualized and socialization skills for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
• Accurate record keeping and communicating consumer progress and behavior
• Assists the consumer in a vocational setting both indoors and outdoors
Qualifications for Habilitation Therapist/Custodian
Education and Experience:
• Graduation for a standard high school, GED or passing a Center’s Competency Test
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Valid Driver’s License require
