Overview
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing the executive’s schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing correspondence, presentations, and mailing lists. The role also supports executive board meetings by preparing agendas and minutes in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position represents the organization professionally in person and by phone.

• Status: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Schedule
• Salary: $45,597 – $48,374.40 (DOE, Experience & Qualifications)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the CEO
• Manage executive calendar and coordinate meetings and events
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Create and distribute board meeting agendas and minutes
• Support board meetings in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
• High-level administrative or clerical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overnight travel
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations
• Valid driver’s license required
