Details:

Department: Respite

Part time—Flexible and Variable to include days, evenings, nights weekends and holidays

Salary: $13.66; DOEE&Q; Differential for evenings and nights

Position: TBD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties may vary based on specific program and position, and may include but are not limited to the following:

· Provide responsible guidance and care to individuals in need of respite on a short-term basis.

· Monitor individuals, recording progress, and maintaining the Respite environment.

· Coordinate services and progress reports with Service Coordinators.

· Requires direct in person support with individuals in mental health crisis.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

· Graduation for a standard high school, GED

· Good Communication skills required, verbal and written


Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

· Valid Driver’s License required
